David Serrell, founder and president

David Serrell, president of Boston Four Associates, has been a franchise developer and compliance expert since 1979. Previously, David created the franchise operation of Paperback BookSmith, the first bookstore franchise chain, and has since extended his administrative model to the food, retailing, automobile servicing, landscaping, education, fitness, technology, dry cleaning, home services, pet services, and many other industries.
